The rooms here were spotlessly clean, spacious, and overall, our stay was excellent.

The staff here are reasonably good and helpful, and the breakfast offers a variety of hot and tasty food options to cater to different preferences.

The room was spotless and modern, equipped with everything you need for exploring the area. The bathroom was excellent, and the beds were very comfy. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is fantastic, just minutes from a private research university.

The rooms were a nice size with particularly nice views. The breakfast was nice and hot. The location was unbeatable and comfortable, just a pleasant stroll away from an arts theater. The area was secure, a convenient base for me.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with rooms that were modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the location was great, just across the river from downtown Boston. There were also many wonderful restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining options.

We loved our spacious bedroom suite with a well-equipped small kitchen. The full-sized refrigerator was a great bonus. The hotel's location, just a five-minute walk from Kendall Square station, was very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and a decent selection of convenience stores nearby. As business guests, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for uninterrupted work and studying. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold selections, including healthy choices, and plenty of coffee to keep us energized throughout the day. The breakfast staff deserves kudos for their constant replenishment of food and clean-up efforts. The hotel was also clean, and most of the dining tables were frequently wiped down.

Nice ambience and well laid out suite. Very friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast was better than I expected and there was plenty of staff on duty to keep the breakfast area well stocked and neat. They were very accomodating and friendly. The "citrus" water in the lobby was a nice touch, and during the hot weather, much appreciated after a long walk.

"Environmental Awareness" cards are placed in bathroom regarding towel and linen changes. Although my towels were hung, they were replaced daily even after I wrote a note to housekeeping. Get the staff on board with environmental issues.

Travelling with a toddler is not always easy. Having a full kitchen helped with my picky eater during my stay. Loved especially the option to use the pull out bed.

My room 503 would be freezing while the "livingroom" would be mild. No separate thermostat for the two areas. This was difficult b/c I'd put my baby to bed with the air almost blowing right in his face (due to the placement of the vent relative to the bed) and all the adults in the livingroom would be warm. The inconsistency was annoying to deal with.

The room was reasonably large and updated with iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed.

Large clean room with kitchen, great location for Kendall Square. Very friendly staff. Free room upgrade and helpful when we left something behind.

Walking distance of MIT, Harvard and Boston. Also, it is near a train station. Excellent complimentary breakfast and dinner (specific days). Clean room with a good kitchen/appliance.
